Fredricksburg Trip July "09

This post is way past due! These are pictures from our Fredricksburg trip back during my birthday weekend which took place the end of July. We went to the LBJ Living History Farm which I have been going to since I was a little girl. We toured the farm and then had a fun little picnic. After our picnic we went shopping and to one of my favorite wineries to buy my celebration bottle of wine for after Brooks gets here. Yum! To wrap up our trip we went to a hamburger place that has "One of the top burgers in Texas". So exciting! It was a fabulous trip!

On a side note, this was Landyn's third time to go to the Living History Farm. So I am posting pictures of her from all three trips so you can see how much she has changed! She is growing up!!! Sorry that they are all out of order, I can't figure out how to rearrange them!

August Supper Club

We have been so blessed with a group of friends that gets together every month for dinner. We have been getting together now for two years, which is hard to believe it has been that long already!! This month we went to the Oscar Store and had a great time. Several of our members were not able to make it, which we sure did miss........it was not the same without them.

Destin Vacation 2009!

I am finally posting pictures from our Destin Trip which we took back the first week of July!! We have gone to Destin with the Marshall family now for 4 years and have had a blast!! Mom, Landyn, and I drive half way and stop for the night, and then get up and drive the other half of the way. Then the guys drive up and meet us there. We have stayed at the same place, in the same condo every year we have gone, which I love!! We are right on the water and can just walk out our back door and be on the beach............which has our beach chairs and umbrellas already set up for us first thing in the morning!! It is heaven!!!! Jenn's granddad cooks breakfast for us most mornings, and then it is relaxation time...for a whole week!! :o)



We stayed in Biloxi, Mississippi at the Beau Rivage on the way to Destin. It was really nice!!

Landyn's buddies for the week. Kaci and Jordan are Jenn's sweet cousins, and Hayden came with Jordan. Landyn was in heaven playing with them all week. Especially the older girls. She really thought she was the same age as the older girls..........which are going into 6th grade this year. Boy, am I ever going to have my hands full in a couple of years!! Three going on eleven!!
