Happy 1 week birthday Brooks!

Little Brooks arrived on September 10th at 3:37 a.m. weighing in at 7 lbs. 2 oz. and 19 inches long. He is so precious and the best little baby. Big sister Landyn adores him and has transitioned amazingly well. We are all doing great. Hopefully I will have time to post more pictures soon. These were taken right when Landyn came up to the hospital to meet her new little brother for the first time.

Go Wildcats!!

Last week was also the first Temple football game. Landyn was so excited about going!! She had a blast playing with her friends and cheering for the cats!! It was so funny watching her! She really got into it and was doing little "cheers" that she had watched the cheerleaders do and had learned from a couple of her friends. She was cracking us up!! She definitely has school spirit!!!

Gymnastics!

We had a very busy week last week! Not only did Landyn start preschool, but she also started gymnastics. A brand new facility opened up called Powerhouse Cheer and Fitness. So we signed Landyn up for gymnastics this year. Last year, we tried a couple of weeks of gymnastics at a different place, but I thought that it was a lot of money to spend at her age for not doing very much stuff during a class. Now that she is older and can be in an older class, I decided to give this new place a try. So far I have been very impressed! The facility is all new, which is definintely a plus. Landyn's teacher is actually the owner of the facility, which is a huge plus in my book!! She is super nice and Landyn had a blast last week!!

Landyn's First Day of School

Landyn had her very first day of preschool this past week!! She started at St. Francis Preschool on Wednesday. I was very nervous, but she had a wonderful day!! Patrick and I took her to school and she walked into her classroom without looking back!! I was amazed and so proud of her! Of course I walked out of the school and immediately started crying, but other than that, we couldn't have had a better first day of school!! I was so excited to pick her up at 12:00 to see how she liked it. She loved it!!
