Surprise visit!!

We had an exciting surprise today! One of my absolute best friends from college, RyAnn drove through town today on her way to San Antonio. So we got to meet Ry, her husband Nate, and one of her sweet little boys Brock, at Taco Cabana for lunch!! Then they came over to see the new house. It was so great to visit with her family!! It has been right at 10 years since the first time that Ry and I met. We went Pot-Luck for our freshmen year roomate and got eachother. We met right after we found out about eachother. She has been such a blessing to my life, and I have cherished her friendship over the past 10 years. Who would have thought that we would end up with matching mini-vans!!?!?!

Confessions of a Blog-Slacker!!!

It has been a whirl wind of a month! We spent our first night in the new house on Sunday June 22th and then left three days later for Destin, Florida. We were gone for 10 days! So we are still trying to get settled. Destin was fabulous! It was a much needed vacation! I have so many pictures that I want to share. I just don't have time right now to upload them. Excuses, excuses. But I promise to try and get them up and running in the next couple of days. Don't give up on me. Hopefully I will get back in the swing of things by next week!!!
