Acupuncturist Appointment #1
Yesterday I went to my first acupuncturist appointment. My friend Sarah recommended this lady to me who has a practice in Waco. So I drove up yesterday afternoon for my consultation and first treatment. She was very nice and the whole experience was very encouraging and relaxing. So this month I am going to go to the acupuncturist several times and take a break from the infertility specialist and all the meds. Let my body detox basically. I left her office actually feeling hopeful, which it has been quite a while since I have left an appointment feeling hopeful. So that has got to count for something!! She gave me a book to read and some special herbs to take. I am also going to start the basal body temp. thing to track progress since I will not be doing any more ultrasounds or blood work. She also gave me suggestions for tweaking my diet. Hopefully by doing all of this new stuff, I can get in touch with my inner Life Energy and become a Fertile Mirtle!!! ;O) Wish me luck!!

I have to say that I admire your courage in all this. I am not sure I would have such a great attitude. In fact I didn't. Before getting prego with Kendall I thought it would never happen but I refused to take meds. And once I had convinced myself that we would not be having another child and kinda forgot about it BAM I was prego!!! My best advice to you is just relax and let your body guide you. God has a plan and he will show you when he thinks you are ready!! As hard as it is to wait, it will be TOTALLY worth it!!!!
I am glad that your appt went well and that you are detoxing from the meds. I am totally not a fan of them. I know they help many people BUT who knows what they really do to your body!!! Au Natural is much better!!!! I will continue to pray for you and your family!!!!
hey! I saw you guys got a German Shepherd whose name is Samson. Ours is named Samantha, which we call her Sam. Crazy! How do you like him/her?
You are so amazing! I pray that all goes well and wonderful things start to happen!
I love the floors:)
